CAROL FAY ELLISON FUND Carol Fay, who worked her way up from dishwasher at age 14 to become the national spokesperson for The Loveless Cafe, had the capacity to "Dream Big!" Created in her memory, this Fund will give annual awards to help people overcome an obstacle in their lives, and enable them to move to the next step. Awards will be made to support the personal development of one or more people who embody the spirit with which Carol Fay worked her way up, with loyalty, a strong work ethic, and big dreams.
