CAROL FAY ELLISON FUND Carol Fay, who worked her way up from dishwasher at age 14 to become the national spokesperson for The Loveless Cafe, had the capacity to "Dream Big!" Created in her memory, this fund gives an annual award to help people overcome obstacles in their lives, enabling them to move to the next step. Awards are made to support the personal development of individuals who embody the spirit with which Carol Fay worked her way up: loyalty, a strong work ethic, and big dreams.
