The "Carol Fay, The One We'll Never Forget" Truffle is perhaps just as memorable, and as sweet, as its inspiring namesake. Made by the Cocoa Tree in Nashville with bits of real Loveless Biscuits and Peach Preserves, the smooth chocolate center is dipped in rich dark chocolate and sprinkled with bits of biscuit. Packed in a box of three, 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the Carol Fay truffle benefit the Carol Fay Ellison "Biscuit Lady" Fund at the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. This fund helps individuals overcome obstacles in their lives, enabling them to move to the next step in their personal development.
