SMOKED COUNTRY SAUSAGE
This ham sausage starts off with certified lean pork. It's ground to the perfect texture, seasoned, stuffed into cloth bags and hung in the smoker for real smoked flavor. It makes great sausage balls but here in the South we like to fry it up with eggs. It's also real good for one of our very favorite family traditions, eatin' Breakfast for Supper!

Safe outside of refrigeration for up to 10 days.
